Do I need an online account to buy from your online shop?
Yes, due to the way by which we process online orders, you are required to log into an online account before checking out your basket. You will be automatically redirected to a login / sign up page upon checking out.
I can’t remember my account details
Your account details comprise a username and password. Your username is your email address; your password is usually a random password – unless you have either created your account yourself, you have previously signed in and changed it, or you have reset your password online.
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset the password yourself. At the bottom of the [Sign in] page, there is a link ‘Forgot your password?’. Clicking this link will take you to another page where you can request a password reset email, by entering your email address and clicking the [Send me an email] button. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you can’t remember which email address you used, try using the forgotten password link anyway. If you don’t receive an email (and it’s not in your spam box) then we don’t have that email address on file.
If, after going through these methods, you still can’t get into your account, contact us to ask for a reminder.
How do I change my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, see the question above for details on how to reset it yourself online. If you can remember it, but want to change it (always a good practise to do this periodically!), simply sign in to your account online, using the [Sign in] link at the top right-hand side of our website.
When you have signed in, you should be redirected to your account dashboard where you will see a ‘Change Password’ link. Enter your new password and click [Save] to apply your changes.
Remember to use your new password the next time you sign in!
Can I check and / or change my account details online?
Yes, of course. Simply sign in to your account online, using the [Sign in] link at the top right-hand side of our website.
When you have signed in, you should be redirected to your account dashboard where you will see your ‘Account Information’ and saved addresses. Click the  button to update your saved information.
Have I already got an account?
If you have bought from us in the past over the last few years – either online, by telephone, email, or post – you will have an online account. In this case, please try and find your existing account.
If you haven’t ordered from us before, please go through the ‘sign up’ process when trying to check out.
I don’t have an account. How do I create one?
If you have never bought from us before, the easiest way is to buy from our online shop and, as part of that checkout process, create your account, by providing your email address and specifying your password.
Alternatively, if you’re not yet ready to buy, you can create an account by clicking the ‘Create an Account’ link which is at the top right-hand side of our website. Then simply fill in your details and click the [Create an Account] button.
