I have a book token for the Christadelphian Office. Can I use this as full or part payment for an order?

Of course. When you check out your order, enter the number and amount from the book token into the ‘Special instructions’ field, which is on the second page of the checkout; when we receive your order we will deduct the amount for any unclaimed book tokens.

Please note that when you receive your automated confirmation email, it won't show the discounted amount. However this will appear on your invoice or receipt which you will receive with your order. Also remember that you can only use a book token once.

Is paying by card safe?

SagePay logoCompletely. We use SagePay (formerly known as PROTX) as our Payment Service Provider (PSP), who securely process your payment online. We only get confirmation if an order is successful or not; we never have access to your credit card details.

However, should you need to pay an invoice that you can't pay online, please call us on +44 (0)121 777 6328 and we can take your payment over the phone;; you should never send us your credit card details by unsecured means - so never ever send them by email!

I want to pay an outstanding invoice online. How can I do that?

On the top level of our store, you will find a section called ‘Payments or donations’. Within this section you will find a 'product' called Invoice payment. Simply follow the straightforward instructions to pay the invoice. You will need your invoice number and account reference (from your invoice) to complete the process. This will add an item called "Invoice payment" to your basket. You will be taken directly to the checkout to complete the payment in the usual way. Remember to select Credit or Debit Card as a payment method!

When we have received and processed your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation email.

I have tried to pay an invoice online, but when I enter the amount in the Invoice amount field it says “Quantity: The quantity must be a whole number between 1 and 32767”. What does this mean?

Firstly, you should enter a whole number into the Invoice amount field - so don't enter a comma or a full stop.

You will also get this message if you are attempting to pay an invoice with a value over £327.67; if this is the case, please call us on +44 (0)121 777 6328, and we will take your payment over the phone; alternatively, you can send us a cheque through the post. Make cheques payable to "The Christadelphian", together with your name, postcode, and invoice number written on the back.
