I have received an email from you containing log in details. What is that for?
Whenever you order from us, we process your order using our in-house accounting and stock management software. This is completely separate from our online bookstore, but the information is exchanged between both systems. We will automatically create an online account for you when you order. This ensures a seamless integration of your orders with our accounting software, and enables us to process your order with a few clicks of a mouse. We would encourage you to log in whenever you order to ensure quick processing of your order.
Why do I need to log in?
As mentioned in the previous section, logging in before you start shopping speeds up the processing of your order greatly, thus enabling us to offer a more efficient service to every customer. It also saves your address information to save you having to re-enter it every time you order; and it also allows you to save an 'address book' of delivery addresses which saves time at checkout. Lastly from time to time we may send out special offers or price reductions, which are only available to registered and logged-in customers. This is why we would strongly recommend people who have ordered from us previously to log in before they start shopping.
If you have forgotten or mislaid your log in details, please request a reminder.
How do I log in?
Simply enter your username and password in the relevant boxes in the left-hand panel of every page (apart from the checkout). Enter your details exactly as they were sent to you, and click the [Log in] button. You may find it easier to copy and paste your username and password from the login details email we sent you, as they are both case-sensitive.

When I try and log in it says "No such user (or invalid password...)". What's gone wrong?
The username and password are case sensitive and they have to be entered exactly the same as they were in the email you were sent. We recommend that you keep the email we sent containing your log in details, and then copy and paste them from that email. If you get just one character wrong (such as capitalising a character when it should be lowercase, not capitalising a character when it should be uppercase, or inserting a space when there shouldn't be one) it will reject your log in.
If you would like a reminder of your username and password, fill in the form below.
