Prayer Diary now available
This diary is not related to any specific year, and aims to encourage more attention to prayer by providing opportunity to record and remember important topics, so that prayer becomes an integral part of daily life. There are also suggestions about praying in different circumstances, and Bible readings and quotations. Available to order online with a blue or green cover.
A Time to See now available
This book, by Sister S. J. Knight, is a sequel to A Time to Hear. These are works of fiction, not exposition. The first volume is based on events surrounding the times of John the Baptist, viewed through the eyes and experiences of a young Galilean boy. The second moves the story to the last months of Christ’s ministry. Both are available online.
Advocate and Heralds CD-ROM now available
This CD-ROM contains all the magazines edited by John Thomas between the years 1834-1861 – The Apostolic Advocate (5 volumes, 1834-38), Herald of the Future Age (4 volumes, 1845-48), and Herald of the Kingdom and Age to Come (11 volumes, 1851-61). They show his dedication to searching out the truth of the Gospel message. As with the Christadelphian Magazine disc, this will work as part of the Libronix Digital Library System. Christadelphians
Christadelphians (the name means Brothers in Christ) are a worldwide community of men and women who try to follow the teachings and example of Jesus Christ. They are united by a shared faith based on the holy scriptures, and they look forward eagerly to the completion of God’s plan for the world and mankind – the setting up of God’s kingdom when Jesus returns to the earth as God’s appointed King.
If you would like more detailed information about us, read a summary of our beliefs, or a more in-depth pamphlet entitled “Who are the Christadelphians?”.
Daily Bible reading
Christadelphians aim to read the Bible every day. For the past 150 years they have used a Bible reading plan (The Bible Companion) that allows them to read the whole Bible each year. It leads a reader through the Old Testament once in a year, and the New Testament twice. You can view the Bible Companion online here, or you can obtain paper copies from your local Christadelphians, or by clicking here.
